Approach
A small number of things, held closely.
Lucia Equity holds and supports a small number of privately owned businesses and assets. It is family owned, invests its own capital, and works to no fixed timeline.
We prefer to be early and to stay. Most of what we hold, we helped build — which shapes how we work with the people running it: closely where it helps, out of the way where it doesn't.
Patient capital, and the willingness to be useful long after the cheque has cleared.

Software & technology
Early and growth-stage companies, largely in business software. Held directly, usually alongside the founders.
Property
Residential and land holdings across the eastern states, held for the long term.
Advisory
Board and advisory positions with a small number of companies, in go-to-market, channel strategy and growth.
